Music
At Borden, we ensure our children have meaningful and inclusive music curriculum. We encourage our pupils to perform, appraise and compose a range of music. At our school, children have access to music activities detailed below, as well as extra opportunities such as peripatetic music lessons, after school clubs and wider performance opportunities with other schools and in the local community.
Music Teaching and Clubs
Beech class are currently enjoying weekly flute lessons. Previously they have learnt the clarinet and ukulele
At Borden, Mr Smith runs a weekly choir club where they learn songs to support community activties and attend Young Voices
Mrs Fox will be starting Recorder lessons in Term 3
Miss Ingram will be starting a Drumming circle in Term 3
